Late summer brings the year’s greatest abundance, and this Gathering celebrates it with bold flavors, peak-season produce, and live-fire cooking.
Enjoy Prime New York Strip Tagliata, Heritage Pork Tenderloin, and Wood-Grilled Gulf Shrimp, accompanied by a vibrant harvest of seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, artisan breads, and thoughtfully prepared accompaniments.
Rather than traditional plated entrées, dinner unfolds from The Gathering Table, where guests are invited to return throughout the evening as platters are continuously refreshed by our culinary team.
The complete harvest menu is released the week of the event, allowing our chefs to cook with the very best the season has to offer.
