JULY | The Summer Table
Celebrate the beginning of harvest season with an evening inspired by the farms and mountains of Western North Carolina and the relaxed hospitality of Italian and California wine country.
This month’s Gathering features Prime Tri-Tip Tagliata, Wood Roasted Chicken, and North Carolina Mountain Trout, all prepared over hardwood fire. Throughout the evening, we will present The Gathering Table—beautiful platters of live-fire proteins, seasonal vegetables, artisan breads, and chef-crafted accompaniments.
Guests are invited to visit the table at their leisure as fresh dishes are continuously prepared and presented.
The featured proteins are announced in advance, while the harvest menu is finalized the week of the event to showcase the freshest local ingredients available.
