As the air cools and autumn settles into the mountains, we turn to the charcoal grill and wood oven to celebrate the richness of the season.
Featuring Prime Ribeye Tagliata, Heritage Pork Chop, and Steelhead Trout, Harvest & Fire showcases the bold flavors of October paired with the freshest harvest available that week.
Throughout the evening, beautifully arranged platters are presented from The Gathering Table, inviting guests to enjoy an abundant selection of live-fire proteins, seasonal vegetables, artisan breads, and chef-crafted accompaniments.
