SEPTEMBER | The Vineyard Table
Inspired by the harvest dinners of California and Northern Italy, September celebrates cooler evenings, vineyard flavors, and the transition into autumn.
This month’s featured proteins include Prime Hanger Steak Kebabs, Grilled Lamb Loin, and Catch of the Day Fresh Caught Grilled Seafood, prepared over hardwood fire and served alongside an ever-changing selection of seasonal vegetables and artisan accompaniments.
Centered around The Gathering Table, guests are encouraged to explore the evening at their own pace, returning for another slice, another vegetable, or another taste of the season as fresh platters continue to arrive.
